Service and acceptance

DondeQueda supports business discovery, one listing per account, posts, reviews, comments and order coordination. Accounts require declaring an age of at least 18 and accepting current documents. The company, tax ID, address, legal representative and contact appear alongside these terms.

Account and alias

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and verify your email when required. Choose a public alias before commenting or reviewing. Do not share access or impersonate people or businesses. Request correction, restriction or closure through your account or the privacy contact.

Businesses and content

You must be authorized to represent a business and publish its details, photos and content. Keep contacts, hours and prices current. You retain your rights and authorize hosting, optimization and display needed to provide the service while the purpose remains valid. Do not publish unauthorized third-party data, unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or rights-infringing material.

Orders and business relationships

Before confirming an order, review its items, amounts and the information the business will receive. This stage coordinates requests and does not collect payment within the order flow. The business is responsible for handling the request, confirming terms, availability, final price and its applicable obligations. Received data must have lawful grounds and disclosed purposes; businesses must handle rights requests and correction or erasure notices where required.

Moderation and support

The platform accepts reports and may limit or remove content for violations or risks, subject to reasoned review. Ask for a decision review through the contact channels. Support accesses only authorized businesses temporarily, through individual accounts, two-factor authentication, a mandatory reason and recorded actions.

Privacy and communications

The policy describes data, grounds, recipients, transfers, retention and rights. Analytics and email campaigns require separate permissions that can be withdrawn. Automated WhatsApp campaigns are not sent. User-initiated WhatsApp contacts go to the selected business.

Availability, closure and legal rights

Maintenance or interruption may occur. Verify relevant information with the business. Closure removes the account and associated content under retention rules and documented exceptions. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights or liabilities that Chilean law does not allow to be limited.

Law and versions

Chilean law applies, including data protection and consumer law where applicable. Material terms changes require renewed acceptance. The data protection reform takes effect on December 1, 2026. Versions and minimal acceptance evidence are retained.

Enterprise CRM and AI quota

Enterprise includes PRO features and an optional private CRM activated by the owner, at CLP 69,990 per month or CLP 699,900 per year. It initially includes 2,000 AI credits per business and calendar month, shared by all members and automations. Quotas renew on day 1 in the market time zone, with no rollover or additional credit packs. Rates weight input, output and cached tokens; each attempt retains its applied rate and may retain a reservation while usage is reconciled. Businesses can see their available quota and notifications. Manual work and automations that do not require AI continue after exhaustion. Previous contracts and conditions retain their history.

Attention, quotes and business responsibility

The owner enables automatic features and the business reviews and publishes its workflows. AI prepares drafts and recommendations requiring review where information is unclear, insufficient or involves attachments. A person confirms quote issuance, prices and discounts, and declares a sale won. Accepting a quote revision records commercial interest and does not confirm payment. Businesses must respect permissions, opt-outs, hours and contact limits. Human intervention, opt-out, suspension or loss of Enterprise stops applicable activity; reactivation does not replay old actions. Commercial team membership does not transfer legal ownership or grant backoffice staff permissions.

Advertising wallet and bookings

Each business has an advertising wallet in CLP for exclusive use within DondeQueda, without withdrawals, balance refunds or expiry. Bank-transfer top-ups become available after administrative confirmation. Home banners have global coverage, a daily rate and up to six simultaneous campaigns. Confirmation reserves dates and funds; it does not guarantee impressions, clicks or exclusivity. Starting today charges the full day. Pausing stops display while keeping the dates, slot and daily charges. Cancellation releases the slot and returns only unstarted days to the wallet; cancellation before the start releases everything. Promoted businesses and wall advertisements reserve a budget and spend it on valid viewable impressions at the accepted CPM. Pausing stops new charges and keeps the budget; cancellation releases the remainder. Released funds stay in the wallet and are not cash refunds. First-party advertising measurement is part of the service described in privacy; personalization is configured separately. These terms do not limit applicable mandatory rights.
